Despite popular point of view that a grunt shouldn't think, smarts in MiniTroopers are most valuable.
- Gives an additional option to pick from when levelling up. It allows you to outline you strategy more effectively, picking right upgrades and avoiding wrong ones. It also increases your chances to get a desired specialisation, as you can't pick from all of them at a time.
- Halves the chance to get Sabotaged and lose a weapon.
- Counters Propaganda, not allowing your trooper to turn on his comrades.
- Ignores Clown Decoys and Baits, not losing focus from more important targets should you assign any.
